NEW CLASS OFFERING IN JANUARY 2012 !!!

Dancing for Birth ~ Prenatal and Postnatal

Saturdays, beginning January 2012
11:00 am-12:30 pm

at Harmony Birth in Campbell (www.harmonybirth.com/)

Get in touch with your inner goddess.

Dance your way to a happier and healthier pregnancy, an easier birth, and a more content baby!  Dancing for Birth is influenced by Belly dance, African dance, Latin dance and Carribean dance.  It’s a feel-good workout that can be both challenging and relaxing.  No experience is necessary.

Dancing for Birth classes are a perfect prenatal and postnatal exercise, improving abdominal tone, control, and awareness, and strengthening hips and pelvic floor.  These movements are natural and intuitive for pregnancy and childbirth, and can be useful for moving baby into a good position and relieving the discomforts of labor.

Postpartum mamas are welcome, too.  Come dance with baby in a wrap or sling (or solo, if you prefer), and get back in touch with those post-pregnancy muscles to dance your way back into a healthy shape, tone, and strength.

The best part is, you can’t help but have fun!  If you have a large scarf, sarong, fabric or coined hip scarf, please bring it with you!
